Track Name: Ladders
The timing all feels off,
I'm sick and tired of counting down the hours
As the stopwatch races us around these halls.
Surrounded by mirrors, I'm struggling and straining
To recognise my own skin.

Now the second hand is forcing us around in circles,
Running round in hope of finding something new.
I've wasted so much time chasing these days.

Now I'm lost in this room,
Don't you just feel suffocated now,
As the stopwatch races us around these halls?
I stand here every day, I'm struggling and straining
To recognise my own skin.
When everyone around is speaking volumes in the silence...

None of this will stand the test of time.
When everyone around is speaking volumes in the silence.

Now the second hand forces us around in circles,
Running round in hope of finding something new.
I've wasted so much time chasing these days...
If only I could find some stable ground to climb these ladders,
Then I would put this clock back on the wall.
I've wasted so much time chasing these days.

None of this will stand the test of time.
Track Name: The Turning Of The Tides
Please understand, I can't be anything but scared of giving up on you
Even though our hands are tied just as tightly as they've ever been before.

I just can't stand another minute in the company
Of all the ghosts you shut away for good.

I don't know where we go from here
I dropped our past down to the ocean floor
These waves have shown us how to disappear
And I promise you, you won't have to hold your breath this time.

These days have abandoned me with nothing but my thoughts,
And I've torn myself apart again for you
So now we may as well bury our white flag
Just as deep as we can dig.

I just can't stand another minute with you.
